Imago Medical Systems is seeking skilled and motivated Biomedical Engineers to join our Technical Service Department. This role involves installation, maintenance, and technical support of medical devices, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain medical devices;
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including troubleshooting, repair, and calibration;
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely;
• Collaborate with application specialists, sales, and quality teams to ensure full customer support;
• Stay updated on emerging medical technologies and best practices;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering;
• English proficiency at B2 level;
• Prior experience in medical device service is a plus but not required;
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Willingness to travel occasionally for installation, service, or training;

Work Conditions:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
• Location: Heydar Aliyev Avenue 144
