Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce exceptional merchandise designs, exhibition stand layouts, and production-ready files for our clients. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in translating creative concepts into practical, production-compliant solutions that adhere to brand guidelines and vendor specifications. Additionally, we value designers who are technologically adept and proficient in utilizing AI and advanced digital tools to optimize the design process and elevate output quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand book & Brand Identity Design: Develop complete brand identity systems, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual guidelines; compile into a brand book for internal and external use.
• Merchandise and Packaging Design: Create graphics for apparel, accessories, and promotional items (t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, pens, notebooks, etc.)
• Stand/Booth Design: Develop 2D/3D layouts and mockups for exhibition stands and event booths, ensuring both creative impact and structural feasibility.
• Production Design: Prepare large-format prints, signage, and other production files with correct technical specifications.
• Mockups & Presentations: Create visual presentations for client proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure designs meet quality, technical, and deadline requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency in all deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in merchandise and/or event stand design (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with knowledge of 3D design tools (SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max) for stand design.
• Strong understanding of printing methods, materials, and file preparation.
• Ability to create accurate, production-ready files (correct resolution, color profiles, bleed, die lines).
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and other advanced digital technologies to enhance workflow and creativity.

Nice to Have

• Experience with corporate branding projects.
• Familiarity with CorelDRAW for vendor-specific requirements.
• Social media design capabilities.
