Impler Advertising Agency is announcing a vacancy for the position of Business Development Manager (Corporate Sales). Impler is a digital marketing and social media agency providing services to a number of local and international companies. The agency currently has a team of nearly 20 professionals, with its head office in Baku and an additional branch in Uzbekistan.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for attracting new clients and expanding the company’s client portfolio. The role involves activities related to marketing, corporate relationship management, and corporate sales development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential corporate clients
  • Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and service offers
  • Present Impler’s services and solutions to potential clients
  • Build relationships with company decision-makers and conduct negotiations
  • Manage the corporate sales process from lead to deal
  • Prepare proposals and documentation for tenders and competitive bids
  • Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to develop tailored client solutions
  • Support coordination of certain projects when required

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in one of the following areas: Corporate sales, Marketing, Advertising services, Digital marketing 
  • Good understanding of marketing and advertising services
  • Fluent (Professional working proficiency) Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (required)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain corporate partnerships
