Purpose of the position: 

This role is responsible for the overall management of the project, including the design, installation, execution, and quality control of HVAC systems. The Engineer/Construction Manager oversees all stages of the project – planning, coordination, execution, technical supervision, and final handover.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC projects throughout the full cycle (design–construction–commissioning).
• Prepare, review, and approve engineering solutions within the project scope.
• Oversee and monitor daily construction and installation activities.
• Ensure coordination between the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and the client.
• Prepare work schedules, plan resources, and ensure timely execution of project tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and technical requirements.
• Prepare and manage all technical documentation related to the project.
• Provide daily and weekly construction progress reports.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of all HVAC equipment.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
• Monitor project budget and provide cost-optimization recommendations.

Requirements: 

Education & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing HVAC or construction projects.
• International project experience is an advantage.

Technical skills: 

• Strong knowledge of HVAC system design and installation (chillers, VRF, ducting, piping, etc.).
• Ability to work confidently with design documents (drawings, BOQ, specifications).
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Solid understanding and application of HSE standards.
