Primary Responsibilities:

Exhibitor Service Delivery:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of exhibitor services for participating delegations.
  • Oversee the design, build, and fitting-out of booths/pavilions according to delegation specifications.
  • Collaborate with other in-house teams and external partners to ensure that planning and delivery of infrastructure and venue services required for successful participation in the conference are properly integrated and delivered.

Sales and Promotion:

  • Drive the sales process to contact delegations, promote exhibitor services, and secure contracts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies and materials to promote services.

Client Servicing:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for participating delegations, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Supplier Management:

  • Select, contract, and manage suppliers to deliver high-quality and cost-effective services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to meet delegation requirements.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for exhibitor services.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability.

Project Management:

  • Plan and execute projects to meet deadlines and delegation requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
  • Oversee event logistics, including setup, teardown, and onsite management
  • Manage your clients and the delivery of all aspects of the exhibitor services through our integrated digital project management application suite. orientations.evens uses ZOHO One. 
  • Coordinate comprehensive internal reporting and communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in exhibition services.
  • Experience in sales and client servicing.
