About the Role
- A fast-growing international tech company operating in multiple countries is looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join its product-driven team.
- The company is building a scalable digital ecosystem with complex subscription models, B2B and B2B2C flows, banking and partner integrations, booking systems, and AI-ready infrastructure.
- This is a product-focused role where you will contribute not only to development but also to architecture and technical direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for mobile applications and partner systems
- Participate in architectural decisions and performance optimization
- Collaborate closely with Product, Mobile, Frontend, Data and QA teams
- Contribute to AI-ready and data-driven features (fraud prevention, personalization, automation)
- Support system scalability as product complexity grows
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with PHP
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel
- Strong understanding of OOP and clean architecture principles
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Solid knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Confident use of Git and Git Flow
- Basic knowledge of Vue, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience in startup or product environments is an advantage
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to grow
