A well-established construction and development company is seeking a highly experienced Budget and Planning Manager to join its Construction Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, manage, and control project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost control processes
- Prepare EAC/FAC analyses, budget variance reports, and financial monitoring dashboards
- Develop and control master schedules and detailed construction programs
- Ensure full time–cost–progress integration across projects
- Lead Technical Office functions, including progress measurement and earned value analysis
- Participate in tendering and procurement planning activities
- Oversee commercial and financial aspects of contractor and supplier contracts
- Prepare monthly and executive-level reports on cost, schedule, and project risks
- Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 18 years of experience in large-scale construction and development projects
- At least 8 years in a managerial role (Budget & Planning / Project Controls / Technical Office)
- Proven experience in residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Strong practical knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
- Fluent in Azerbaijani; good command of English
- Strong leadership, analytical, and coordination skills
Compensation: Net salary: up to 6,000–7,000 AZN (for local candidates, based on experience)
