A well-established construction and development company is seeking a highly experienced Budget and Planning Manager to join its Construction Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, manage, and control project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost control processes
  • Prepare EAC/FAC analyses, budget variance reports, and financial monitoring dashboards
  • Develop and control master schedules and detailed construction programs
  • Ensure full time–cost–progress integration across projects
  • Lead Technical Office functions, including progress measurement and earned value analysis
  • Participate in tendering and procurement planning activities
  • Oversee commercial and financial aspects of contractor and supplier contracts
  • Prepare monthly and executive-level reports on cost, schedule, and project risks
  • Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in large-scale construction and development projects
  • At least 8 years in a managerial role (Budget & Planning / Project Controls / Technical Office)
  • Proven experience in residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use projects
  • Strong practical knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani; good command of English
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and coordination skills

Compensation: Net salary: up to 6,000–7,000 AZN (for local candidates, based on experience)
