Job Description:

• We are currently looking for an experienced Business Unit CEO to lead and manage a large-scale agribusiness operation, covering the full value chain from cultivation (olives and almonds) to processing, packaging, and international sales.

Location: Baku

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement long-term business strategy and growth plans
• Manage end-to-end operations: orchard management, production, processing, and distribution
• Drive expansion into international markets and develop export channels
• Ensure compliance with international quality, sustainability, and HSE standards
• Optimize operational efficiency, cost control, and productivity
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, P&L, and investment planning
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing management team
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and authorities

Requirements:

• Higher education in Agribusiness, Business Administration, Food Technology, or related field
• MBA or equivalent is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of senior management experience
• At least 5 years in CEO / COO / General Manager role
• Strong background in agribusiness, FMCG, or food production
• Proven experience in scaling operations and entering international markets
• Strong financial and analytical skills (P&L management)
• Leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Fluency in Azerbaijani; English or Russian required
