We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Chief Risk Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee HSE and Corporate Quality programs in line with company standards and local legislation
- Conduct detailed gap analysis of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and implement improvements
- Ensure regular updates of corporate procedures and forms
- Lead supplier evaluation processes and maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL)
- Manage internal and supplier audits, as well as traceability systems within production lines
- Lead and develop quality assurance and risk management teams
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency and quality
- Advise on business process improvements and optimization strategies
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Quality Assurance, or related fields (additional certifications are an advantage)
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in quality assurance and control, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage)
- Solid knowledge of quality standards, international management systems, and audit practices
- Proficiency in office software and management systems
