Position Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage all contractual aspects of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. The role includes working with complex agreements, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring full contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all contractual aspects of major energy/infrastructure projects.
• Review and administer PPA, PPP, EPC, O&M, Water Purchase, Land Lease, and other agreements.
• Maintain deliverables registers and ensure timely correspondence handling.
• Lead variations, claims, and contractual risk processes.
• Monitor project progress based on contractual schedules.
• Coordinate with senior management, finance, engineering, legal, and owner’s engineer teams.
• Verify contractor invoices and oversee payment processes.
• Support the development of invoicing procedures and settlement systems.
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSSE standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Law (mandatory).
• Certification in Contracts Management is an advantage.
• 10–14 years of experience in large Energy / O&G / Infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of EPC contracts, risk management, claims, and schedule control.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
