Salary: 3,000 – 6,000 AZN (depending on experience and qualifications)

We are looking for an experienced professional in architecture and engineering to join our team. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing architectural design processes at the highest technical level, ensuring quality, and effectively coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise, review, and approval of architectural design works
• Ensure accuracy, constructability, completeness, and compliance with technical standards and regulations
• Maintain and improve company design and specification standards
• Plan and implement the development strategy, skills, and resource capacity of the design team
• Support QA/QC processes and provide technical leadership
• Manage coordination between multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, etc.)
• Lead feasibility studies, conceptual research, and design development processes
• Mentor team members and ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality
• Participate in design meetings and present project designs to company leadership and clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Professional architectural registration or equivalent certification is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of BIM platforms (e.g., Revit), CAD software, and project management tools
• Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams and large-scale projects
• Knowledge of local regulations, permitting procedures, and international standards
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in innovative architectural projects
