Salary: 6,000 – 7,000 AZN net

A leading company is looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead financial operations, reporting, budgeting, audit coordination, and financial planning activities. Previous Audit Manager experience in Big 4 is mandatory.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all finance department operations
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local financial legislation
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Monitor cash flow and working capital management
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
• Develop and improve internal financial control systems
• Work closely with banks, auditors, investors, and financial institutions
• Support strategic financial decision-making and cost optimization
• Manage and develop finance team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance Management
• Previous Audit Manager experience in Big 4 is a must
• Strong IFRS and financial reporting knowledge
• Experience in budgeting, audit, financial planning, and internal controls
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• ACCA or CFA certification is preferred
• Good command of English or Russian language
• Strong MS Office and financial systems knowledge
