Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Google & Online Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google platforms and other online channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and digital campaign analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, CTR, and conversion rate
- Manage Google Analytics & conversion tracking
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports
- Manage SEO strategy (on-page & basic technical SEO)
- Develop and execute online marketing strategies
- Manage paid social media campaigns (if required)
- Work closely with management to align marketing strategy with business goals
- Improve website traffic and lead generation
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of experience in Google Ads / Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
- Good English communication skills
- Google Ads certification is a plus
