Head of Digital Imaging Business (Premium Consumer Electronics Brand)

About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and proactive business leader to head the Digital Imaging direction for an international premium brand in Azerbaijan. This role carries full ownership of the business, including sales, marketing, product lifecycle management, partner development, and brand leadership within the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for the Digital Imaging business at country level
End-to-end product lifecycle management: forecasting, pricing, positioning, product launches, and performance analysis
Sales forecasting and stock control (PSI management)
Margin control across product categories, partner network, and branded retail
Planning and execution of promotional activities across own retail and partner channels
Supply chain coordination and availability control
Development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to grow market share and brand equity
Building and managing partnerships with photographers, videographers, and influencers
Planning and execution of product launches, workshops, and community events
Close collaboration with regional and global teams (sales, marketing, logistics, customer service)
Development of branded retail from both commercial and brand perspectives
Team leadership, performance management, and motivation

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, category management, or business unit leadership within consumer electronics
Proven experience managing a product category or business at country level (P&L responsibility is a strong advantage)
Strong understanding of the photo and video equipment market
Experience in digital marketing campaigns and influencer collaboration
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English plus Russian or Azerbaijani
