Our client, a leading industrial group, is seeking an experienced Head of Finance & Economics to lead strategic financial management, debt administration, and corporate risk control across the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and risk management processes
• Manage debt financing, treasury operations, and liquidity planning
• Coordinate relationships with banks, lenders, rating and insurance agencies
• Oversee IFRS financial reporting and compliance
• Develop and implement corporate financial policies and procedures
• Supervise financial controls and ensure the integrity of financial information

Requirements:

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CFA/FRM is an advantage)
• 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, and debt management within international or large industrial companies
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, LMA documentation, and corporate governance
• Proven track record in managing large-scale financial transactions ($200M+)
• Excellent command of English; Azerbaijani required, Russian is an advantage
