Job Description

A well-established company operating in the construction sector is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources / HR Leader to lead and manage the HR function. The role requires both strategic HR leadership and hands-on operational HR management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Human Resources function in line with business strategy
• Design, implement and manage performance management processes
• Drive talent management, succession planning and employee development
• Oversee compensation & benefits policies and structures
• Act as an HR business partner to senior management
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal HR policies
• Support organizational development and change management initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in an HR managerial role
• Strong experience in both strategic and operational HR
• Experience in construction or other operational sectors is considered an advantage
