On behalf of our client, we are looking for a strategic and proactive leader to take charge of the Sony Digital Imaging business in Azerbaijan.
Your mission will be to drive growth and strengthen the leadership position of Sony Alpha in the local market.

Division: Digital Imaging / Consumer Electronics

Salary: 3000 AZN + sales bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of the Digital Imaging business in line with Sony’s regional and global strategy.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Lead PSI: sales forecasting, stock control, and category profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, photographers, videographers, and partners.
• Plan and organize product launches, workshops, festivals, and community events.
• Collaborate closely with Sony’s regional and global teams in marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service.
• Oversee retail operations and enhance brand presence.
• Manage and motivate a local team.

Candidate Profile:

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, category management, or business management within consumer electronics (preferably imaging products).
• Proven experience managing P&L and leading a business or product category.
• Strong understanding of the Azerbaijani photo and video equipment market.
• Experience in digital marketing and influencer partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and either Russian or Azerbaijani.
• Passion for photography or videography is a plus.
