Location: Khizi (first 2 months), then Sumgayit
Salary: 3,000 – 3,500 AZN (Net)
On behalf of our client, an international project-based organization, we are seeking a strong male candidate for the position of HR & Administrative Coordinator.
This is a site-based role combining operational HR responsibilities with full administrative coordination within a large-scale industrial environment.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- International / global work environment experience (in Azerbaijan or abroad)
- Full professional proficiency in English (CV must be in English)
- Auditing experience is highly preferred
- Experience in site-based / industrial environments is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment and selection processes
- Manage onboarding and probation follow-up
- Handle visa, migration, work permits, and residence documentation for expatriates
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures
- Liaise with government institutions and external service providers
- Manage employee insurance processes
- Conduct periodic HR audits of subcontractors
- Oversee administrative matters including accommodation, transportation, and employee support services
- Coordinate closely with international IT and procurement teams
