Position Summary:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced HSE Lead to oversee all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management at our operations in Dashkasan. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with applicable regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and provide strategic guidance to management and operational teams on HSE matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with national legislation and company HSE standards across all operations.
• Provide leadership and technical support to project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors on health, safety, and environmental issues.
• Lead investigations of incidents and accidents, prepare detailed analysis and reports, and monitor implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE management systems, procedures, and training programs.
• Identify potential risks and non-conformities, propose appropriate corrective actions, and follow up on their implementation.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
• Promote continuous improvement and awareness in occupational health and safety practices among employees and contractors.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership experience in mining or industrial sectors.
• Valid international HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001) are required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to foster and sustain a proactive safety culture.
