About the Role:
A well-established organization is looking for a Human Resources & Office Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations and office administration activities. The role combines HR coordination, employee support, and office management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations including onboarding, termination, leave, business trips, and personnel documentation
- Maintain employee records and support HR systems (e.g. payroll/HR platforms)
- Prepare timesheets and monitor employee attendance
- Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination)
- Organize orientation programs for new employees
- Support performance appraisal and periodic evaluation processes
- Coordinate employee training and development activities
- Arrange medical check-ups for employees
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation
- Provide administrative support for mobile communication services
- Organize taxi, transfer, catering, and other employee services
- Coordinate corporate events, sports, and social activities
- Ensure availability of office supplies and stationery
- Answer incoming office calls and manage front-office communication
- Oversee office inventory and warehouse records
- Supervise daily work of cleaning and technical staff
- Provide operational and documentation support to the HR department
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and/or office administration
- English – good level
- Russian – good level
- Good understanding of HR functions (recruitment, training, labor legislation, personnel administration)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- High level of responsibility and accountability
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
