Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead and oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, digital platforms, cybersecurity framework, and overall technology strategy.

The ideal candidate will ensure stable system performance, manage IT operations, support digital transformation initiatives, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-availability environments.

This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on technical expertise, and experience managing IT operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead and manage the IT team (system administrators, developers, support staff)
  • Oversee IT budgeting, cost control, and vendor management
  • Ensure IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards are implemented

Infrastructure & Systems Management

  • Manage company servers, networks, cloud environments, and data centers
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve technical issues
  • Oversee hardware/software procurement and lifecycle management

Cybersecurity & Data Protection

  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies
  • Ensure data protection, backup, and disaster recovery planning
  • Monitor system vulnerabilities and respond to security incidents
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations

Digital Platforms & Applications

  • Oversee website, mobile apps, CMS platforms, and internal systems
  • Coordinate with developers for system updates and integrations
  • Ensure scalability and performance optimization of digital platforms

Support & Operations

  • Ensure efficient IT support services for all departments
  • Establish helpdesk procedures and SLAs
  • Lead troubleshooting and incident management processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management or senior IT roles
  • Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure preferred)
  • Experience with cybersecurity standards and risk management
  • Understanding of CMS systems, web hosting, and digital platforms
  • Experience managing IT vendors and third-party providers
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in media, digital platforms, or high-traffic environments
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft, AWS, or similar
  • Experience with DevOps practices and system automation
