Job Overview

  • We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced IT Onsite Specialist to support day-to-day IT operations and provide high-quality technical assistance to end-users. The role involves maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with corporate IT standards.

Salary: 1500 – 2000 AZN (net, depending on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote IT support (hardware, software, network issues)
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes (accounts, access, equipment)
  • Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, switches, routers, Wi-Fi)
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365
  • Manage IT assets (tracking, tagging, lifecycle management)
  • Ensure compliance with IT security and corporate policies
  • Collaborate with global/regional IT teams on escalations and projects
  • Maintain records in IT service management systems
  • Conduct user trainings in English
  • Support IT-related projects and system upgrades

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support / helpdesk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS and Office 365
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • English – intermediate level (ability to conduct trainings)
  • Certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft) – advantage
