Job Description:
- We are currently seeking an Engineering Systems IT Technician to support engineering and design teams by ensuring the stable operation of engineering software, digital models, and technical IT infrastructure.
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

This role is ideal for an IT professional with hands-on experience in technical support within engineering, construction, or industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain engineering software (AutoCAD, Plant 3D, SmartPlant, PDMS, etc.)
- Manage software licenses, updates, and system compatibility
- Support and maintain engineering workstations, hardware, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to engineering systems and workflows
- Ensure data integrity, digital standards, and document/model control
- Provide user support and onboarding training for engineering tools
- Collaborate with engineering and document control teams
Requirements:
- 2–4+ years of experience in IT support (preferably in engineering or EPC environments)
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk tools (AutoCAD, Plant 3D)
- Experience with engineering design software (SmartPlant, PDMS, etc.) is an advantage
- Good understanding of hardware, networking, and workstation setup
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
