Job Description

• We are currently seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates at an early stage of their career who are eager to develop strong analytical and financial skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and perform basic analysis (revenue, costs, margins)
• Collect, review, and organize supplier quotations
• Analyze incoming requests and track their status
• Build simple statistics and dashboards (requests, conversions, workload)
• Support management with data-driven insights and analysis

Requirements

• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory)
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Ability to structure, organize, and interpret data
• Basic understanding of finance (costs, margins, profitability)
• English – working proficiency
• Russian – required
