We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Junior WM Specialist.

Main scope:

• Operate ES equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment as needed.
• Adhere to company QHSE Management system and client policies & procedures.
• Assist ES site supervisor on operations
• Monitor equipment system performance, providing rig teams with recommendations for improvement and troubleshooting.
• Generate technical recommendations for process improvements and future operations.
• Implement and improve the Company System of Work (SOW) and Client initiatives related to cost tracking, logistics, and QHSE.

Requirements: 

• Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• Preferable offshore experience. Preferable in any of WM/SC/CRI fields
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize waste management operations.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities for effective coordination at the rig site.
• Intermediate English speaker.
• Ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
