Job Description
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing / Sales Officer to support leasing operations for a modern office space project in Baku. This role will assist in tenant acquisition, client communication, and day-to-day leasing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support tenant search and attraction for available office spaces
- Communicate with potential clients and arrange meetings/viewings
- Present office spaces and provide leasing information
- Assist in negotiations and preparation of lease agreements
- Maintain and update CRM database and track client interactions
- Prepare draft commercial offers and presentations
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors
- Provide administrative support throughout the leasing process
- Coordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, technical)
- Support leasing targets and team objectives
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, leasing, or customer relations
- Real estate experience is an advantage
- Higher education (Business, Economics, or related field preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluency in Azerbaijani; Russian and English are an advantage
- Basic knowledge of sales and negotiation principles
- Good MS Office skills; CRM knowledge is a plus
