The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance culture, leading talent and career development initiatives, and implementing organizational learning and development strategies.

The role requires a proactive professional with strong analytical and communication skills who can design and implement data-driven HR and OD frameworks that enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in organizational development, HR, or related functions;
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology);
• Excellent command of Azerbaijani and English languages; intermediate level of Russian;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications;
• International certifications in HR, OD, or L&D are an advantage;
• Strong analytical, planning, and presentation skills;
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and result-driven personality.
