On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced Proposal & Tender Engineer with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the energy and industrial sectors. The role involves preparation of technical and commercial proposals for local and international projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to ITTs and tenders
- Review tender documents and analyze technical and commercial requirements
- Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, QHSE, and Finance teams
- Develop method statements, scopes of work, and cost breakdowns
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and contract terms
- Maintain and update proposal templates, cost databases, and tender registers
- Support post-submission clarifications and contract award negotiations
Required Technical Experience:
The candidate should have proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Bolted Joint Integrity (BJI) services
- Pressure & Leak Testing (PLT)
- Hydraulic Services (maintenance, testing, flushing, HIM)
- Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning services
- Mechanical Inspection, Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO)
- Valve maintenance, calibration, and testing
- Calibration and testing in accordance with international standards
Sales & Client Interaction:
- Support development and execution of sales strategies
- Conduct basic market and competitor analysis
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and support business development
- Identify potential new clients and assist with tailored technical solutions
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Hydraulics, or related field)
Experience:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in proposal engineering, technical sales, or tendering within the energy or industrial sectors
Skills:
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Proactive and results-oriented approach
