On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

• A textile manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with international quality standards and customer requirements.
• The role focuses on preventive quality management, process excellence, and continuous improvement across all production stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
• Establish quality policies, procedures, SOPs, and work instructions
• Ensure quality is embedded into production processes
• Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Monitor quality KPIs, defects, customer complaints, and COPQ
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Cooperate closely with Production, QC, Planning, Procurement, and Sales teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage
• 5–7 years of experience in quality roles within textile manufacturing
• Minimum 3–5 years in a Quality Assurance / Quality Systems leadership role
• Strong experience with ISO-based quality systems and customer audits
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Azerbaijani — fluent
• English — good working proficiency
