Job Overview

We are looking for a Real Estate Promoter to represent a premium real estate development at a promotional stand. The role involves being the first point of contact for local and international clients, delivering an elegant and informative presentation of the project using an architectural scale model, while upholding high-end brand and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally present the real estate project using an architectural scale model
• Communicate the project concept, lifestyle, and unique value proposition to clients
• Provide detailed information on residences, layouts, amenities, location, and pricing
• Confidently engage with international visitors, investors, and VIP guests
• Respond to client inquiries accurately, discreetly, and professionally
• Identify interested prospects and smoothly introduce them to the sales team
• Maintain impeccable personal appearance and represent luxury brand standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, retail, or client-facing roles is an advantage
• Strong presentation skills with high attention to detail
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage
• Polished demeanor, professionalism, and customer-oriented mindset
