Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Manage calls, emails, and correspondence with discretion and efficiency.
- Handle incoming/outgoing documents and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Support scheduling and assist administrative tasks across departments.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring readiness of front desk and meeting rooms.
- Act as liaison between visitors and internal teams.
- Provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Reception, PA, EA, or administrative role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- English proficiency is a must.
- Confident user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Maximum suggested salary: 1000 AZN net.
