Conditions:

- Salary: 900 – 1,200 AZN (net, depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and office staff
- Coordinate meetings and appointments (room bookings, guest arrangements, etc.)
- Handle courier services and postal deliveries
- Monitor and maintain office supplies
- Establish initial communication with clients and collect basic information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Receptionist / Administrative role (experience in a legal or corporate environment is an advantage)
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is a plus)
- Presentable appearance and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset and professional etiquette
