IRES is seeking a qualified Rigging Inspector for a client operating in the Oil & Gas industry.
Requirements
- Higher education.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position within the Oil & Gas industry.
- English: Intermediate.
- Azerbaijani: Fluent.
- Ability to plan, execute and report inspections and tests in accordance with Quality Control Plans.
- Strong knowledge of inspection procedures, quality documentation and reporting.
- Ability to maintain accurate quality records and update quality databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site inspections and quality control activities in accordance with approved procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, project specifications, Quality Control Plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
- Inspect materials, equipment and construction/installation activities.
- Verify materials and equipment against purchase orders and project specifications.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of delivered materials and equipment.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, preservation, handling, identification and traceability of materials.
- Maintain inspection records, material certificates and quality documentation.
- Prepare Inspection Material Reports, Receiving Inspection Reports and Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs).
- Ensure inspection and testing records are properly maintained for final As-Built documentation.
- Comply with company HSEQ policies and procedures.
