We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead external sales operations for our client in the IT industry. This role is ideal for someone passionate about developing strategic sales plans, building relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company effectively with strong knowledge of its IT solutions and services.
- Research client needs and identify how tailored solutions can address them.
- Generate leads, establish, and nurture client relationships.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting partnerships.
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and position IT services through a consultative sales approach.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and finalize deals to meet sales objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records, pipeline status, and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer support) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and strengthen client loyalty.
Requirements
- Higher education degree.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the IT industry with a successful track record.
- Strong business sense and IT industry expertise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
