A confidential organization operating in the construction sector is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA & QC) Specialist to join its Audit & Internal Control function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of QA & QC systems across construction projects and operating companies
- Assess compliance with legislation, ISO standards, and internal policies and procedures
- Identify quality-related risks, non-conformities (NCRs), root causes, and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control and assurance mechanisms
- Prepare audit reports, analytical reviews, and presentations for management
- Participate in initiatives aimed at reducing quality risks at group level
Requirements:
- University degree in Quality Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA, QC, internal audit, or a related role within the construction sector
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO standards (9001, 10005, 10006, 41001, 55001)
- Experience in process audits and risk assessment
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and high ethical standards
Language Skills:
- Azerbaijani – Excellent
- English – Good / Very Good (for reports and written communication)
