Education, Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus;
• Minimum 1 year experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment;
• Excellent problem-solving, active listening, organizational, and time management skills.
• Clear and concise communication skills; 
• Interviewing skills;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian;
• Working knowledge of MS Suite;
