Job Purpose:
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring needs across different departments. The role requires strong sourcing skills, database management, and close cooperation with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for mid- and senior-level positions
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and other channels
- Build, update, and maintain a structured candidate database / ATS
- Cooperate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare basic recruitment reports
- Support employer branding activities (job postings, career pages)
- Participate in interviews, job fairs, and recruitment events
- Travel to regional locations when required
- Support and guide junior HR / recruitment staff if needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–5 years of experience in recruitment
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing
- Experience working with ATS or recruitment databases
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel when required
- English language proficiency is required; other languages are an advantage
Preferred:
- Experience in construction, mining, oil & gas, or industrial sectors
- Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing
