On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Senior Recruiter

Department: Human Resources
Location: Baku
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring needs across different departments. The role requires strong sourcing skills, database management, and close cooperation with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for mid- and senior-level positions
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and other channels
  • Build, update, and maintain a structured candidate database / ATS
  • Cooperate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare basic recruitment reports
  • Support employer branding activities (job postings, career pages)
  • Participate in interviews, job fairs, and recruitment events
  • Travel to regional locations when required
  • Support and guide junior HR / recruitment staff if needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in recruitment
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing
  • Experience working with ATS or recruitment databases
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • English language proficiency is required; other languages are an advantage

Preferred:

  • Experience in construction, mining, oil & gas, or industrial sectors
  • Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing
