On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join their HR team.
Position Summary:
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing and maintaining a structured talent database, supporting employer branding activities, and collaborating closely with department heads to fulfill hiring needs across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for mid- and senior-level roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain a structured and high-quality candidate database (ATS)
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management
- Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn page and career section
- Promote vacancies and employer branding initiatives
- Participate in career fairs, university events, and industry networking
- Travel to regional offices when required
- Implement best practices in recruitment and talent engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 4–5 years of recruitment experience
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with ATS / candidate database management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel
