On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join their HR team.

Position Summary:

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing and maintaining a structured talent database, supporting employer branding activities, and collaborating closely with department heads to fulfill hiring needs across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for mid- and senior-level roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain a structured and high-quality candidate database (ATS)
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management
  • Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn page and career section
  • Promote vacancies and employer branding initiatives
  • Participate in career fairs, university events, and industry networking
  • Travel to regional offices when required
  • Implement best practices in recruitment and talent engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 4–5 years of recruitment experience
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Hands-on experience with ATS / candidate database management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel
