Main Responsibilities:
- Manage tax reporting and ensure compliance with Azerbaijan tax legislation
- Prepare and review financial reports and accounting records
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax authorities
- Monitor reconciliations, payments, receivables, and general ledger activities
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure accounting policies and internal controls are properly implemented
- Lead and support accounting & finance team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or similar
- 6–10 years of experience in finance/accounting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Azerbaijan tax legislation
- Experience with audits, reporting, and financial controls
- Big 4 background is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- English proficiency is required
