Main Responsibilities:

• Manage tax reporting and ensure compliance with Azerbaijan tax legislation
• Prepare and review financial reports and accounting records
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax authorities
• Monitor reconciliations, payments, receivables, and general ledger activities
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure accounting policies and internal controls are properly implemented
• Lead and support accounting & finance team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or similar
• 6–10 years of experience in finance/accounting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Azerbaijan tax legislation
• Experience with audits, reporting, and financial controls
• Big 4 background is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• English proficiency is required
