We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Social Media Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts;
• Preparing and posting weekly/monthly content plans;
• Shooting, editing, and voicing Reels videos;
• Monitoring trends and applying new promotion formats;
• Responding to comments, feedback, and messages;
• Creating creative posts, stories, and Reels content;
• Analyzing follower growth and engagement, preparing development plans.

Required knowledge and skills:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience;
• Knowledge of musical instruments (preferred);
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and similar programs;
• Active experience in using social media tools;
• Copywriting skills;
• Responsible, creative, enthusiastic, and proactive;
• Excellent writing skills in Azerbaijani (English is a plus);
• Experience in social media planning and management;
• Ability to use AI tools.

Conditions:

• Work schedule: 6 days/week (11:00 – 19:00)
• Employment type: Full-time
• Salary: 700 – 1000 AZN
