We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Social Media Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts;
- Preparing and posting weekly/monthly content plans;
- Shooting, editing, and voicing Reels videos;
- Monitoring trends and applying new promotion formats;
- Responding to comments, feedback, and messages;
- Creating creative posts, stories, and Reels content;
- Analyzing follower growth and engagement, preparing development plans.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience;
- Knowledge of musical instruments (preferred);
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and similar programs;
- Active experience in using social media tools;
- Copywriting skills;
- Responsible, creative, enthusiastic, and proactive;
- Excellent writing skills in Azerbaijani (English is a plus);
- Experience in social media planning and management;
- Ability to use AI tools.
Conditions:
- Work schedule: 6 days/week (11:00 – 19:00)
- Employment type: Full-time
- Salary: 700 – 1000 AZN
