Conditions:
- Location: Baku, Caspian Plaza
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week
- Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00
- Salary: 600 – 700 AZN
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out procurement activities for products and services supporting company operations in accordance with company policies and procedures;
- Ensure procurement decisions are made within budget while maintaining the best price, quality, and delivery standards;
- Review material/service requests, verify accuracy, and coordinate with requesting departments;
- Manage the RFP (Request for Proposal) process and coordinate clarifications with suppliers;
- Participate in commercial negotiations with vendors and suppliers;
- Prepare, place, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor urgent deliveries;
- Resolve technical and commercial issues with suppliers and support contract execution;
- Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and annual PSCM reports;
- Maintain records of partial deliveries and proactively resolve related issues;
- Ensure compliance with company and PSCM procedures and policies;
- Support administrative and office-related tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year of relevant work experience;
- Experience in foreign procurement and manufacturing industry is an advantage;
- Fluent Azerbaijani and English language skills;
- Russian language knowledge is considered an advantage;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- Ability to work оперативно and responsibly;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities;
- Good computer skills;
- Effective communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure.
