We are looking for a Technical Site Supervisor who can supervise on-site teams in construction and renovation projects, has knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, can assess the scope of work on-site, prepare BOQ/cost estimates, and manage site operations from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the execution of construction, renovation, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC works on-site
- Ensure that all works at the project site comply with technical requirements and safety regulations
- Conduct site measurements, determine the scope of work, and prepare BOQ / cost estimates
- Coordinate the daily activities of site workers and subcontractors
- Monitor the implementation of the project schedule according to the work plan
- Ensure proper use of materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Maintain technical coordination with the client and internal teams
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on completed work
- Identify and resolve technical issues or delays on-site in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Higher or vocational education in Construction, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or HVAC
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Site Supervisor
- Practical knowledge of construction and renovation works
- Ability to prepare BOQ and calculate work quantities
- Performing Authority (PA) experience at Sangachal Terminal is considered an advantage
- Fluent Azerbaijani, good command of English, Russian is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD is a plus
- Strong team management and site coordination skills
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
