Job Summary:
- The Restaurant Supervisor supports the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, and team performance. They assist in managing staff, resolving issues, and maintaining a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise restaurant staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Assist in training, scheduling, and motivating team members.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely and accurate service.
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock levels of supplies.
- Handle cash and assist with closing procedures and reports.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving financial and quality targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Proven experience in food & beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations.
