We are looking for a professional who can transform raw data into valuable business insights, knows how to work with analytical systems, and is ready to support key decisions in a premium retail company.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze operational and commercial data
• Prepare regular statistical and management reports
• Enter and process primary data in ERP and analytics systems
• Develop dashboards and visualizations in Power BI
• Participate in evaluating the effectiveness of business processes and projects
• Support internal process optimization initiatives
• Monitor market and competitor trends

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics, statistics, IT, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, and databases
• Knowledge of SQL, SDLC principles, and business analysis basics
• English – at least Upper-Intermediate; Azerbaijani and Russian – fluent
• Structured thinking, accuracy, and high self-organization
