Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate the schedule, meetings, and agenda.
  • Arrange meetings and sessions, prepare agendas, take minutes, and monitor the implementation of assigned tasks.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and other necessary documents.
  • Manage official correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle emails, and invitations, including screening and routing them appropriately.
  • Plan and coordinate local and international business trips, assignments, and events, providing organizational support as needed.
  • Translate and edit documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of tasks assigned to the Director within internal processes.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and corporate documents.
  • Support corporate communication and administrative projects when required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in administrative work, executive assistance, project management; corporate environment experience is preferred.
  • Languages: Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian (written and spoken); English is an advantage.
  • Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • High professionalism, ethical conduct, discretion, and adherence to confidentiality principles.
