We are looking for an Inventory & Replenishment Specialist who will take ownership of stock control across boutiques and warehouses and help us build smarter, more efficient supply processes.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Daily stock control across stores and nearby warehouses
• Balancing stock between stores based on sell-out speed (within assortment matrix rules)
• Creating replenishment orders in box quantities (avoiding inefficient small shipments)
• Monitoring assortment matrix compliance
• Analyzing overstocks and dead stock, proposing redistribution or returns
• Preparing regular reports: fill rate, OOS level, stock turnover
• Coordinating internal deliveries with logistics and dispatch
• Optimizing logistics by reducing non-efficient routes

What we’re looking for:

• Higher education (economics, logistics, mathematics or related fields)
• 1+ year of experience in inventory management, logistics or retail
• Experience with ERP / WMS systems (SAP, 1C or similar)
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP)
• Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of inventory management methods: min/max, reorder point, safety stock, ABC analysis
