We are looking for an Inventory & Replenishment Specialist who will take ownership of stock control across boutiques and warehouses and help us build smarter, more efficient supply processes.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Daily stock control across stores and nearby warehouses
- Balancing stock between stores based on sell-out speed (within assortment matrix rules)
- Creating replenishment orders in box quantities (avoiding inefficient small shipments)
- Monitoring assortment matrix compliance
- Analyzing overstocks and dead stock, proposing redistribution or returns
- Preparing regular reports: fill rate, OOS level, stock turnover
- Coordinating internal deliveries with logistics and dispatch
- Optimizing logistics by reducing non-efficient routes
What we’re looking for:
- Higher education (economics, logistics, mathematics or related fields)
- 1+ year of experience in inventory management, logistics or retail
- Experience with ERP / WMS systems (SAP, 1C or similar)
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP)
- Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of inventory management methods: min/max, reorder point, safety stock, ABC analysis
