SITUATION IN ORGANIZATION

  • Present job holder: new recruitment
  • Tentative start date: May 2025
  • Duration: 1Y
  • Location: Onshore (JOCAP HQ) with frequent offshore visits during the Campaigns

JOB DIMENSIONS

  • Absheron Early Production Scheme (EPS) is a gas production plant started in mid-2023.
  • JOCAP Joint Operating Company of Absheron Petroleum was established in March 2018, which is the Operator of Absheron from August 2018.
  • Absheron development reference agreements are PSA, JOA and addendums.
  • EPS Project technical data: 152Mscf/d of gas, 12.5kbbl/d of condensate; production from 1 subsea well, 34km multiphase flowline, dedicated new platform installed at Oil Rocks field (operated by SOCAR); WHSIP = 555bar, WHFP = 380bar.
  • New EPS platform adjacent and connected to existing facilities, operated with dedicated philosophies for safety, maintenance, inspections, integrity.
  • Multicultural context with documents in different languages, mainly Azerbaijani or English.

ACTIVITIES

  • The job holder is accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSE rules & requirements, with regards to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and for implementing and controlling these rules and requirements within his area of responsibility.
  • The job holder responsibilities are:  Establish, maintain and update the asset register complete with relevant data, attributes, history, etc...
  • Develop and manage Inspection Contracts for NDT, Lifting equipment and other inspection support
  • Maintain, update and ensure that each asset is having the valid assessment, inspection planning and valid inspection scope,
  • Maintain, update and ensure to have the required relevant referential for all relevant inspection works,
  • Identify, prepare and provide all necessary resources, internally and externally, required for shutdown inspection works,
  • Establish the proper implementation for the working systems, i.e. RBI tools and SAP used within the department,
  • Perform inspection analysis through past inspections (measuring points and reports) and update individual equipment scope and planning accordingly,
  • Prepare, update and execute the short and mid-term inspection planning in close coordination with relevant departments: Production, Maintenance, E&C, Logistics, etc...
  • Ensure the correct method and procedures are implemented for the short and mid-term inspection program and activities,
  • Prepare method and procedures required for special inspection intervention as required,
  • Provide technical supports required by other team members for the short-term activities,
  • Prepare 120 months-60 months-24 months – 6 months – 5 weeks inspection look ahead schedule,
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/annual and shutdown report with Inspection KPIs.
  • Follow up on M&I KPIs and highlight on potential deviation then propose mitigation solution
  • Ensure that of NI and NC notifications are well taken into account to be treated in a timely manner for tasks to be done during Planned Shut Downs or urgently. Update NI and NC status in CMIMS.
  • Follow up of planning activity by adequate scheduling in line with 5WLA and Long Term Planning. Ensure Inspection campaigns are well integrated in 5WLA planning.
  • Provide assistance to offshore Team for the Inspection activities performed by Inspection Contractors. Ensure technical reports from Contractors are consistent and delivered on time,
  • Participate to the daily site meeting with the offshore maintenance team when offshore.

  • Provide technical Inspection support as part of the production optimization center in the smart room
  • Inspects the timely execution of tests and technical examinations, repairs and instruments calibration by the relevant services

HSE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to HSE and COMPANY policies, Confidentiality, Compliance needs and Procedures,
  • Promote continuously safety culture,
  • Work safely, avoid any incident and dangerous situation, contribute towards continual HSE improvement, demonstrate safety behaviour for himself and others,
  • Attend mandatory HSE trainings, refresher/expired trainings and apply them on site, ensure team and vendor compliance,
  • Ensure safety of personnel, environment protection, and the technical integrity of equipment’s in his/her domain of activities, implement HSE rules and follow procedures, and notify forthwith the responsible supervisor
  • Authority to suspend activities when there is a potential or actual threat to human life, the installation or the environment, and notify forthwith the responsible supervisor

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT

  • New EPS platform adjacent and connected to existing facilities, operated with dedicated philosophies for safety, maintenance, inspections, integrity.
  • Management on site in different languages (Azeri and English).
